C’est le champion national US Stephen Hyde (Cannondale cyclo cross world) qui a remporté le cyclo cross de Rochester (UCI C.1) dans l’état de New York aux USA. Il a devancé au sprint le belge Rob Peeters (Pauwels Sauzen Vastgoedservice) et Jeremy Powers (Aspire Racing).
A 2 tours de l’arrivée, ils étaient encore 4 coureurs à pouvoir prétendre à la victoire avec le trio gagnant et le jeune Spencer Petrov (Aspire Racing) mais ce dernier lâchera prise sous le rythme soutenu de Peeters et Hyde.
A noter la prometteuse 5 ème place de Matthieu Boulo (Team Pays de Dinan)qui débute de belle façon sa saison de cyclo-cross
